Join us in this dynamic class using the aerial silk to assist us in a sequence of functional movements. Flow through  an aerial yoga sequence to open up and stretch the body, followed by Pilates exercises designed to build strength in the core and upper body and then, of course, enjoy stillness in floating savasana (resting pose). 

Assists in correcting muscles imbalances to improve posture and reducing injuries in other sports and is a great compliment to your aerial and mat-based yoga practice. 

Please note, maximum weight for classes involving aerial yoga rigs and hammocks is 120kgs.
