Suitable for those new to aerial yoga and those who like the slower pace. 

In this class learn the foundations of aerial yoga poses. It’s a great class to go at your own pace. 

Please note, maximum weight for classes involving aerial yoga rigs and hammocks is 120kgs. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for time to set up the silks.
