In this class we will take the time to slow down using sound & guided meditation. By
using instruments tuned to a specific frequency we can calm the vibrations in our
bodies that come from living in our noisy world. Using guided meditation during these
session we will take things to a deeper level & give you tools to help you access this
place of calm as you go about your day to day life.
Contraindications for Sound Meditation:
- First and trimester and last month of pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Pacemakers
- People with severe mental conditions must consult with their doctor first.
