Join us for International Yoga Day for this free guided meditation and pranayama (deep breathing). 

If you are a season practitioner or a total beginner, this session will provide you with takeaway tools to help you meditate at home. Or just join us for a little weekend reset. 

Why meditate?

Meditation helps reduce stress by calming the mind and relaxing the body. It lowers cortisol levels and supports the nervous system, which helps you feel more at ease.

It also improves focus and concentration. With regular practice, it becomes easier to stay present and pay attention in daily life.

Meditation boosts emotional well-being by increasing self-awareness and helping you respond to situations more calmly. It can also improve sleep and support overall physical health.
