Join us each week for our 45 minute meditation.

With a different theme each week, we will provide you with the tools so that you can also start a home practice if you wish. 

People who have a regular meditation practice more likely to:
• be more resilient to stress and cope with challenge
• concentrate for longer periods and be more productive
• become aware of their thoughts, triggers and actions
• have better relationships with others 

People who regularly meditate can also experience physiological changes in the brain, and experience better health outcomes (such as improved sleep quality, lower blood pressure and improved immune response).
